Check in / Check out
Check in after 16:00 / Check out before 11:00 (early check in & late check out is subject to availability)
General Policies
Kamariyo Residence is a non-smoking facility & not suitable for pets
Maximum capacity is limited to 12 guests
Unauthorized guests cannot enter the residence
Parties are not allowed
Business meetings/seminars are welcome
Payment
For direct bookings only:
Deposit min 40% of total cost
Security Deposit paid in advance at check in
Bookings to be secured by the required deposit at the time of booking
Accounts to be cleared 4 weeks prior arrival
Any damage becomes to the villa should be paid by guests before departure or from the security deposit or with credit card charge
